We're racing through history!
When my brother Chuck and I were practicing going up the Sammamish Slough, he flipped under this bridge and I came up and found him under his upside down boat. A man on the bridge ran down pulled him out and tied a rope to his upside down boat and we pulled it ashore. Jimmy Benson is currently writing a book on the history of Sammamish Slough racing
