The unlimited hydroplane Miss Budweiser flips yesterday while its driver, Dean Chenoweth, was trying to set a qualifying record for Sundays world-championship hydroplane, race on Lake Washington. Chenoweth was traveling more than 160 miles an hour when his boat lost its rudder. He is in satisfactory condition in the intensive-care unit of Hartoorvlew Medical Center with a broken shoulder blade, three rib fractures and lung damage.
