in all honestly, that picture came from a photographer that I follow on facebook, this guy gets the shots, I had to download the picture to show some of my boatracing friends the shot, thanks for liking the photo but I just passed a masterpiece on the let other racing fans see this great shot.

Some fabulous shots here! Thanks for sharing. Out of curiosity would you please share with us what sort of camera and lenses you use and how to you manage to capture those boats airborne? Are you using continuous shooting?  How many FPS?
