Rent The Museum For Your Next Event

MUSEUM RENTAL RATES

1-75 People:      $500

76-125 People:    $750

126-200 People:   $1,000

Over 200 People: $1,250

These rates are valid for rentals up to four (4) hours.

If more time is required, arrangements must be made for an additional charge. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due by the event date. Cancellations will result in loss of deposit.

Rental Includes:

8 – 60’ round tables

4 – 8’ rectangular tables

60 chairs

Audio/Visual/Sound*

*If you want to connect to a MAC computer, please bring a dongle

We have NO onsite kitchen facilities. We are happy to provide you with contact information for catering, as well as resources for other rentals (i.e. cocktail tables, extra tables, linens, chairs, etc.)

If you plan to serve alcohol, the MUST be a Licensed Bartender on the premises. Most catering companies will have the required permits. If you cannot obtain a Licensed Bartender, we can provide one for an additional fee.

General cleanup of rental area and removal of all personal property is required at the end of the event and are the sole responsibility of the Renter.

MEMORIAL SERVICE RATES

To rent the museum for a memorial service, the rates are as follows:

$500 for Museum Members

$650 for Non-Members
