Hi Mark, got your note.  Yeah I attended RB class of '73  Been a member of HARM for years.  Presently on the board.  Co-Chair Tastin' n Racin' out at Lake Sammamish every June and also an organizer for the Mahogany & Merlot Vintage raceboat Event in Chelan where we moved 3 years ago after I bailed out of Boeing.  Presently in the baja in a town called Los Barriles on the east side 65 miles south of La Paz.  Hang out here for 3 or 4 months out of the year.  It's pretty cheap to live down here -gas went up to $2.90 a gal

Thanks Mark! I'm having a lot of fun learning the history! This is just as exciting to me, as NASCAR. NO more exciting then NASCAR! I haven't ever been exposed to hydroplanes even though my family was involved for so many years. And now i have the pleasure of digging up things and finding out the stuff myself. Luckily i only live in Bonney Lake! Cause ill be visiting the Museum probably pretty often with the kids. I want to share this with the family. I want to see if the Museum has some of my grandpa's personal items he donated, out for people to look at. I heard he even donated his Thriftway Too gold ring, and some of his jackets. That would be cool to see. Anyway, Thanks for the awesome Welcome!
