With reference to a blog posted over 3 years ago by Tim Maytn, together with several responses I wanted to bring this up again for discussion, especially since we've acquired a lot of new members.
We didn't have a lot of response to the original blog, but we…

Okay, here's a question:
When you think about Unlimited Hydroplane Racing during the period from, say 1955 to 1970, what comes first to mind?
1. A Driver
2. A Boat
3. An Event
No essay answers, please. Just tell me which of the 3 choices comes immediately to mind. It's easy to pick all 3 I realize, but I just want to know what you think of first.
Just curious. Thanks for indulging…

I'm sure many of you read the original post which I submitted over a year ago. We've acquired a great many new Website Members since that time and I think the message is still relevant and important. Perhaps even more so with the projects and activities we have planned. Please Join Us!

I just logged on to the museum website just to see how many members had something to say about last weekend's event. I have thus far seen no criticism or whining about anything. I suspect all of you have some opinion about what might reasonably be considered one of the least attended and most criticized events ever. How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:(mrsstellaabudheir@gmail.com ) for the full details.
Have a nice day
Thanks God bless.

Hi Phil,
As they say better late than never so I am writing you [likely much later] after your note. I really appreciate your support to the Squire project. THANK YOU so much. Questions?? Please don't hesitate to ask and I'll try to get you an answer faster then this response. Cheers! Regards, David
Phil.... Thank you and THANK YOU for keeping me informed on the "Blaster"... My gosh what you you guys pulled off is just un-describable..... I'm literally at a loss for words.... I keep the rest of the family informed and cant wait to see her again.
Hey Phil!
Good to hear from you. I'm still frothing at the bit to get over and do some more "work" on the blaster. It's been an honor to participate in this project, and weather permiting, I'll be able to continue. (bonus, working with you guys has been a hoot!) See ya soon.
Phil,
Thank you for adding me to your list of "friends". Working with you and the other guys on the 77 Atlas has been, and will continue to be, a great experience. I look forward each week to continueing our project to restore the "Blue Blaster". With Don's enthusiasm and knowlwdge it has been a fantastic ride and we have'nt even hit the water yet.

Gary
